To report a concern, complaint, or a possible adverse event related to a medication or treatment, email our support team at support@nexu.health. We will route urgent clinical concerns to the responsible provider organization. For anything life-threatening, call 911.

Providers and jurisdictions

Nexu Health is a telehealth infrastructure provider. Clinical services on the platform are delivered by independent, licensed healthcare providers who are licensed in the jurisdictions where the patients they serve are located. Prescriptions are issued only after an evaluation by a licensed provider. The platform serves patients in the United States only and is available across all 50 states; the specific treatments and states available depend on each provider organization using the platform.
